My path into this work began in the world of health, fitness, and wellness.
For more than five years, I’ve worked in an industry focused largely on physical change. But the longer I spent there, the more I became interested in something that went beyond the body:
Why can we know exactly what we want to do yet still struggle to do it?

That question led me deeper into psychology and eventually into hypnosis, where I became interested in the ways our beliefs, attention, expectations, and unconscious patterns can influence how we think, feel, and behave.
My path continued through yoga, contemplative practice, and Buddhist philosophy, where I developed a deeper appreciation for awareness, presence, and our relationship with our inner experience.
Alongside this, my continued work with movement, breathwork, and somatic practices reinforced something I had begun to see years earlier:
The mind and body are not separate.
And neither exists independently from our inner life.

These three dimensions have shaped the way I understand personal growth and performance.
I don't believe there is one method, one modality, or one path that works for everyone.
But I do believe that when the mind, body, and spirit are in balance, something powerful can happen

Yes. All sessions can be done virtually.
Hypnosis is a natural, self-created state of focused attention and deep relaxation that we all experience in everyday life. In a coaching setting, hypnosis can help you intentionally enter that state to quiet distractions, connect with your inner thoughts and beliefs, and create space for new perspectives and positive change. You remain aware and in control throughout the experience.
Athletic and performance sessions are focused, 90-minute deep dives. 12-hour transformation sessions are scheduled based on clients' availability.
Depending on your goals, sessions may explore areas such as:
Confidence and self-trust
Breaking unwanted habits or patterns
Weight loss, smoking, phobias, and recovery
Focus and mental performance
Consistency and follow-through
Stress and feeling overwhelmed
Performance under pressure
Motivation and momentum
Navigating transitions and life changes
Building greater awareness and emotional regulation
Preparing for an important event, goal, or next chapter
Most coaching focuses on insight, strategy, or motivation. My approach focuses on changing the actual behavioral loop that keeps repeating under pressure. Instead of just understanding the problem, we work on interrupting it in real time and building a simple system to replace it.
No. This is coaching and personal development work. While we may work with emotions, patterns, and nervous system regulation, it is not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment.
